Since all fifty forms share one layout, this is really a script job rather than manual retyping — I'd parse the text positions once and reuse the same extraction rule across every file, which also kills the risk of stray spaces or line-break artifacts you mentioned. Are the fields always labeled the same way (e.g. "Phone:" prefix) or does spacing vary between forms? The three faults you named — typos, stray spaces, line-break quirks — come from the PDF text layer itself, not from carelessness. Addresses wrap across two lines and arrive as two values, a trailing space hides after a phone number, and a soft hyphen sits invisibly inside a word. Extraction has to resolve each of those on purpose, which is what I do. Checks that ship with the file, so "flawless" is measurable rather than promised: - one row per PDF, and the row count compared against the file count, so a form cannot be silently skipped; - every empty cell listed by file and field name — an empty cell means that form genuinely lacks the value, not that extraction lost it; - a scan for replacement characters. When a source PDF is built with a font missing a glyph, a letter is already lost inside the PDF before anyone touches it. In the sheet that looks like my typo, so I flag those cells with file and field rather than let you find them. Sample first, as you asked: send one PDF and I will return the extracted row today, with those checks attached. After your sign-off the remaining forty-nine follow well inside your two days — the work is per-batch, not per-form. One question: the Date field — do you want it normalised to a single format, or left exactly as written in each form? With fifty forms there is usually a mix, and guessing wrong on that is the one error your eye would not catch.

Nothing is retyped, so there are no typos to hunt. The quirks come from how Excel takes values. A phone stored as a number loses its leading 0 or country code, so phones go in as text.
