I need a bookkeeper to:
1. Design and Create an income and expenditure log in excel, agreeing a list of categories for outgoings with me.
2. Organise and then log expenditures, from a mix of paper receipts; invoices; and bank & credit card statements, for five financial years. (N.B. this could be as much as seven financial years, and so your proposal should include a price per additional financial year that needs to be covered).
3. Manage, on a quarterly basis, the bookkeeping for the company going forwards.
(Additional information: it may be helpful to know that the company is a business consultancy with an income over the financial years ranging from £10,000 - £80,000 and expenditures of <£10,000 to circa £30,000.)
