Looking for someone to moderate a fairly new forum. The forum has 100+ members and steadily growing. It's basically geared towards music and entertainment, but there are discussions on almost everything from gaming and technology to relationships, politics, sports, and news stories. Basically, there's something for everyone to talk about. It's the easiest job in the world.
You'll be required to keep the forum active and busy, including promoting to build new members and maintaining interesting topics. Your availability should be pretty flexible and you should make it a point to visit the forum several times during the day, spending a great deal of time moderating activity and adding to the discussions. There should be new signups of members and new topics and replies to posts daily.
There are at least 100 guests on the forum at any given time. Can you turn these lurkers into posters? If so, then you're welcome to apply. This is an ongoing project. We need a permanent staff member.
Preferably someone who resides in the U.S., for timezone purposes, is a plus. Experience or familiarity with management of a successful forum is desirable.
The rate for this position is in the range of $20-40/monthly.
