General Job Description
? Duties are broad, varied and often require the ability to work with general direction and limited supervision.

? Be willing to submit to a background check/clean drug test.
? Proficient in MS Word, and Internet messaging.
? Must learn and be proficient in operating and managing a proprietary software system that supports our back office operations processes.
? Must be able to multi-task & meet deadlines with attention to detail
? Good organizational skills.
? General administrative support duties (answer phones, fax, copy, scan, etc.)
? Process orders in and out
? Follow up on orders
? Data Entry
? Be able to lift up to 35lbs
Manufacturing/Customer Servicing Documents
? Maintain customer order files (hard copy and/or electronic)
