Need a simple Excel VBA. Using Excel 2010.
This Excel spreadsheet is used to inventory paper files that are stored in boxes.
First the application must look at column D and E in the attached ‘InBox’ sheet. These represent two different box numbers. It needs to make sure the SKP Num and Box Num change numbers at the same time, on the same row. These numbers will NOT necessarily be in numerical sequence. If there is an instance where the numbers change on different rows, then an error message of sorts needs to prompt me where (what row) the error is occurring. (I will manually go in and make the correction myself.) And if all numbers (SKP Num and Box Num) change numbers at the same rows, then proceed to the next step.
Next it should write onto a new sheet the unique numbers, SKP Num along with it’s corresponding Box Num. See example on BoxInformation sheet. Then, next to the unique box numbers should be written the first file in the box and the last file in the box – both on the same row as its corresponding box numbers. I’ve yellow highlighted the first file and last file information on the InBox sheet for your reference.

Hi Debbie. It's all crystal clear. Just one question. When you say 'write onto a new sheet the unique numbers' - is this new sheet always present or it has to be created every time? Thanks, Svet.
