There are couple components to this project.
1. We need to find reliable way to convert INVOICED WORK REPORT with PAYMENT REMITTANCE DETAIL REPORT notice delivered to us via email. and Unpaid Canceled Orders Report.

2. Able to generate additional reports easy. IE
A. Showing work invoiced but not paid.
B. Track turn around time.
C. Compare Unpaid Canceled Orders Report with orders completed on INVOICED WORK REPORT
3. Should be easy for ongoing updates. possible add-ons.
4. must be able catch Duplicates.

We want proof of concept Examples. Make sure you understand what we want high marks and favor for scalability.
