Saya sedang merapikan pekerjaan administratif di perusahaan kecil kami, khususnya pengelolaan data dan dokumen keuangan. Berkas—baik fisik maupun digital—masih tersebar di berbagai folder, spreadsheet, dan platform cloud, sehingga menyulitkan ketika dibutuhkan laporan cepat atau audit internal. Yang saya butuhkan: • Menyusun struktur folder digital yang logis untuk seluruh dokumen keuangan (invoice, bukti transfer, laporan bank, dll.) • Membersihkan dan menggabungkan spreadsheet agar tidak ada duplikasi, kesalahan pengetikan, atau format yang tidak konsisten. • Memberi penamaan file standar serta metadata sederhana agar mudah ditelusuri. • Mencatat prosedur singkat (SOP) tentang cara menambahkan dokumen baru agar keteraturan terjaga ke depannya. Hasil akhir yang saya harapkan adalah: 1. Satu direktori cloud terstruktur dengan hak akses jelas. 2. Spreadsheet induk berisi data keuangan terkini dan tervalidasi. 3. Panduan langkah-demi-langkah dalam dokumen singkat atau slide.
