Excel Client List Compilation

I will provide an online public directory of a trade-show and a sample of the structure I use as client list. From there, I need exhibitors records extracted. For every client, capture only the name plus up-to-date contact information (email and phone). When you lay out the data, use Microsoft Excel and group the entries by the location of the company so I can filter or sort cities and states at a glance. A clean header row, consistent formatting, and no blank lines between records will help me to use it most efficiently Once finished, send back the .xlsx file and note any entries you could not verify so I can follow up internally.
