PROJECT REQUIREMENT – EXCEL SHEET FOR SERVICE DATA MANAGEMENT 1. Purpose We need an advanced Microsoft Excel sheet to manage service data of Army personnel. Each individual can have multiple Embodiment and Disembodiment periods, and the sheet must automatically calculate total days of service, period duration, and total embodied service. 2. Basic Columns Required The Excel sheet should contain the following columns: 1. [login to view URL] 2. Army No 3. Rank 4. Name 5. Date of Enrollment 6. Embodiment From 7. Embodiment To 8. Embodied Days (Auto calculate) 9. Disembodiment From 10. Disembodiment To 11. Disembodiment Days (Auto calculate) 12. Total Service as on Date (Auto calculate) 13. Total Embodied Service as on Date (Auto calculate) 3. Main Requirements - One individual may have multiple entries. - Same Army Number can appear multiple times. - For every row, days must be calculated automatically using dates. - Formula should calculate difference between From and To dates. Example: Embodied Days = Embodiment To – Embodiment From Disembodiment Days = Disembodiment To – Disembodiment From - Total Embodied Service should be sum of all embodied days of same Army No. - Total Service should include all service periods till current date. 4. Additional Requirements - Sheet should be printable in page format. - Header should repeat on every page. - Data should be aligned properly. - No manual calculation required. - All calculations should be automatic. - Sheet should support 1000+ records. 5. Important Condition One person can have: Embodiment → Disembodiment → Embodiment → Disembodiment (multiple times) Excel must calculate all periods correctly. 6. Output Required - Final Excel file (.xlsx) - With formulas - With sample data - Easy to use format - No error in date calculation 7.
