I will decode the base64 email body, parse the HTML table using tags instead of fixed positions, extract Name, Address, Email, and other fields, then send the data to the correct Excel tab in OneDrive and to Brevo customer lists. You need the fields from HTML emails decoded and parsed, then added to the right OneDrive Excel tab and into Brevo contacts. Before I start building, I'd spend a short planning pass (1–2 days) to lock the exact email patterns, sheet structure, tab routing, and Brevo list rules. I'll map fields, define dedupe rules, and split the work into clear steps with a timeline. This saves rework once it's connected to your live inbox. Here's how I'd do it: In Make, I'll set up a webhook or email watch. Each message gets base64-decoded, then parsed via HTML DOM in a Code module (safer than regex when columns shift). If you want regex-based extraction, I can add it, but DOM will be more stable. Then I'll write a row to the correct Excel tab with the Microsoft 365 Excel module, and upsert the contact in Brevo, assigning the target list. I'll handle duplicates by email, add basic validation, and log failures to a Review sheet with an email alert. I've built email-to-Excel and Brevo/Mailchimp flows in Make, including HTML parsing and contact upserts. Similar pattern used for a company-wide attendance import. Two quick checks: Can you share 2–3 raw email samples (.eml) so I can confirm selectors? How do we decide which Excel tab to use—based on a field or always the same tab?
