I will provide you 2 or 3 states & You would have to collect the data from all shops inside all the malls in those states. In total you would have to collect 20000 shops. You can find the data from mall website or google search or even google maps. You will get 20 days to complete this task. If you run out of shops in your states than either i will give you new states on the subject of availability or I will pay you based on the number of shops you have collected data for. In case if you wish to back out or leave the project at any point of time, you will get no money. So only apply if you are completely sure of doing this project. You need to collect data in the form of the template mentioned below.
