Looking for virtual assistants & marketing executives that are willing to do several tasks to supports an American digital marketing agency. The job requires doing several tasks assigned to you not limited to:
Making Skype calls to people and booking appointments
Data entry on Microsoft Excel and Word
Formatting emails and writing over badly written emails to send to other co-workers
Reviewing English articles to ensure the grammar and spelling is 100% correct
Having great intuition and being able to problem solve situations on their own with minimal input
Manipulating files in Google Drive
Being open to learn about digital marketing
Creating social media content for the company and our clients

Do you have access to high speed internet, a smartphone with a data plan and a 100% functioning computer 24/7?
Will you be available to support me during EST business hours via email, Whatsapp, Skype and phone calls?
Do you have any obligations that would distract you from supporting me? (Another job, too much other jobs, etc)
Are you open to learning new things quickly, taking initiative and working with ambiguity?
Are you organised and can give me reports on the status of projects when needed?
