Hello!
I am looking for someone who has a passion for administration, ledgers, and organization of correspondance.
There are several pdf files with many letters scanned in which need to be sorted.
There are invoices which need to be filed and categorized as well as split out into their own pdfs (linked to the overview excel) as well as medical invoices which need to be claimed with the insurance company. For this we need to file and categorize the medical bills so that we can file claims.
The remaining invoices need to be sorted for my personal tax returns (as well as an overview of what is paid and what outstanding)
I work with pdfs, google drive, and google sheets, the invoices are put in a google drive folder and linked in the google sheet which has the overview, internal bill number, category and link.
The correspondance is mainly in german so reading german is a must.
