The position hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST.
• Schedule meetings and conferences with clients
• Confirm appointments
• Prepare client spreadsheets
• Fulfill administrative duties such as data input
• Track and follow up on missing client information and current client progress
• Efficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Understand Adobe
• Well-structured, organized, and excellent at multi-tasking
• Phone and people skills
• Fun and uplifting personality
• Have personal integrity and a strong work ethic
• Previous experience with MyCase would be a plus
