I am looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant / Virtual Assistant who will undertake a broad set of administrative and clerical tasks, such as providing support, assisting in daily office needs and managing my general administrative activities.
You should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. It is also required to have previous experience as a Secretary or Executive administrative assistant.
The tasks will include, but not limited to, online research, sending and replying emails, excel data input & analysis, business research, business communication, report writing, proposal writing, tender documentation, etc.
To get hired for this position, you should have good English writing skills and business understanding. You should be able to communicate with me regularly and quickly.
Initially, this work will be for 2 to 3 hours per day but will increase if the fit is right and the quality of work is up to the standard required.
I will pay you on weekly basis through Freelancer milestones.
