Our Company is looking for a virtual assistant with wholesales knowledge (preferred) to help us run business, starting with 10 hours per month
The work will include the following tasks:
- translate email or document from german/english
- Respond / make some phone calls in english/german
- Internet research
- making travel arrangements / booking travel accommodations
- have a good knowledge English, German and Italian language
- be able to converse naturally
- use Skype efficiently
- be highly organized, a strong Internet connection is required
- Prepare customer spreadsheets
- Perform market research
- Handle confidential employer and client information
This is a permanent position, We are looking for someone who can work for us for at least 3 - 6 months or over.
Most of the job will be done through Skype/email.
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
