I am the director of photography at a mid level company and I have a schedule that is attached to a expense tracking document. I need someone who knows excel to lay this out better so that my document is easier to work with and looks better.
I work in a photo studio and I need to keep track of the schedule by week and by set
I have a mess of a excel doc I need sorted out

Then Then I need to track expenses on the tracking sheet
and thats from everything.
So I was hoping to have it look better and I have some of the fields linking back to fields on each weeks sheet but I keep thinking that a real ecell expert could make the whole thing better
Currently we are in week 15 and I would need the document put together for up to that week. I have entered in all the info on the sheets but then need it entered in on the tracking doc as well as any added organization that you can bring to the table would be helpful

Also please note that on the Tacking sheet at A500 there is the info for how much each full time team member makes
on set 1,2,3 the model makes 600 for every day except lingerie when they make 1200
The freelance stylists and photographers are 400 per day
