We have got a list of business contact information data from some business directory.
I have 2 files:
File 1: It contains full business information, available fields are: Name Address1 Address2 Address3 Address4 Phone Fax Email Website Contact1 Contact2 Position1 Position2 Description Categories
Total rows: 9611 records
File 2: A list of email addresses only
Total row: 80K emails
What I want to achieve:
All these 80K emails (File 2) are generated based on email's domain & websites of File 1. So, there might be more than 1 email from each row of File 1. Example, there might be 10 emails under domain [url removed, login to view] from File2, and we need to add these 10 emails into File 1. Then there's also another 45 emails under domain [url removed, login to view] that I need to add into File 1.
In short, File 1 would be updated to have 80K rows from 9611 rows now, after added 80K emails from File 2. So, u got to add correctly those 80K emails based on domains available in File 1.
Secondly, this is much easier to do, we need to extract out the postcode from Address1 Address2 Address3 Address4 in File 1. Some postcode are on Address2, some postcode on Address3 or Address4. We need to take out the first 2 digit of the postcode and put up on new column.
