Hi,
Hi I'm located in the Philippines and the time zone is UTC +8 but I can work on any time zone.
I can still work 40-50 hours per week, I only work part time as a project manager on ivirtualexperts, sometimes I only work 20hours on it.
In my BPO experience, I became one of the top agents on the floor, I have the highest Customer Satisfaction Review, Quality Score and other KPI's. Same thing when I start working as a VA, I also received a lot of rewards because of my performance.
I've learned a lot working as a Virtual Assistant, I've gained a lot of skills aside from my call center experience. I learned how to work independently and to be more critical on decision-making.
There was a time wherein we have some issues/errors on our software that we are using on processing ETA Visa. I was able to identify the reason why the software is down, I tried to troubleshoot it and explained to the client how I fixed it despite of being new on the team.
I was an ETA Visa processor for 5 years and it includes data entry and customer service on the task. We received 30-40 emails of application per hour that we will process. We used Sabreredworkspace to process their personal and passport details and send them the result after. If there are some errors on the process, we notify them through email as well.
Best Regards,
Eric Fernandez
