We're seeking for a virtual assistant to handle all of our administrative tasks.
1. Invoices are entered into an excel file (gst, date etc)
2. Invoices; verify that prices have not changed and update them on our point-of-sale system (point of sale)
3. Enter staff hours (all information will be emailed to you) and send it to the accountant via email.
We will give comprehensive training and compensate you for your time.
