I require a pdf file which allows company purchases to be added and calculated as a purchase receipt for my customers.
The pdf file must allow my colleague to produce a pdf with the customer. The pdf file must calculate the total amount to pay to my customer as we will be buying from them. The pdf file must calculate the cost for each product. For example.

The pdf file must automatically calculate the total for each [login to view URL] I pay £70.00 to my customer, from the £70.00 will be distributed in the following ratio, 60% towards the console and the rest towards the other products automatically.
There should be parts to the pdf where we can increase quantity and add multiple items.
The PDF should then be emailed to the customer and also one version saved to our files in sharepoint for our accountant to access.
