- Writing show notes by listening to podcast episodes and following existing formats/templates
- Creating Audiograms using the Headliner app
- Uploading/scheduling episodes to various platforms such as Wordpress, Libsyn, Podbean, YouTube, etc.
Potential for growth and taking on additional tasks like project management, responding to customer inquiries, etc.
The ideal candidate...
- Is passionate, cares about the final product and making clients happy.
- Has excellent grammar and spelling skills.
- Has previous experience with podcast show notes writing and/or additional podcast duties. This is a huge bonus!
- Is a team player.
- Willing to use Dropbox for file sharing.
- Access to LastPass for login sharing.
- Access to an instant messaging service like Skype or Slack for quick communication.
- Willing to use our ClickUp platform to receive and organize tasks.
- Native English speaker with excellent grammar.
- North American time zone so we share similar working hours.
