Needs to hire 3 Freelancers
Appointments are a strong bonus of $20 per appointment that I meet with in person and $400 per lead that closes. Nobody pays more!!Pay is per hour, the lower you bid, the higher my confidence is in your ability and the more likely you will be given a chance to prove yourself. After your first closed appointment is paid we go directly to commission only.
I need a calling professional who is confident and experienced in real estate cold calling to
- My Database of hundreds of website leads, getting them to meet with me.
- For Sale By Owners, getting them to meet with me to list their home
- Expired Listings, getting them to meet with me to sell their home.
- Geographic calling around our listings, etc., getting them to meet with me to list their home.
I need someone who is also successful in converting them to appointments. Someone who understands real estate and will invest into the sales cycle. It takes 3-12 months for most leads to close but once you get to month three you get more often. My goal is to work with two people long term, help them prosper and enjoy a good working relationship and friendship.
Paying hourly plus significant bonuses! The best will make a lot of money working with me! I have over one billion dollars worth of real estate experience and can close the leads, I just need an appointment setter while I am working on other things.

Wednesday 8-7 pm EST
Saturday 10 am EST - 12 pm EST
Sunday 10am- pm - 8pm EST

How often do you do cold calling?
What type of real estate lead generation have you done in the U.S?
How comfortable are you in cold calling? 1 -10, 1 meaning very uncomfortable and 10 mean you are BOLD.
What are your income goals and do you have money set aside to get your pipeline full?
Why will you be the top salesperson out of the three that I have calling the same leads?
