We are an e-commerce business with a large catalogue of products and growing faster.
We are now looking for an executive assistant to execute a number of our daily processes required for the business operations ( product ordering/sourcing , product descriptions, translations, accounting, customer support, other admin tasks etc...). You daily mix of tasks will be very diverse and hopefully rewarding too as most of the things you will do will be new and in many case you will be part of making those happen. The work is done remotely and can be flexible in time, although you are required to have some time available during 9-5 GMT during the week. Some work can be done over evening and weekends too.
We are expecting around 20 h per week with a bit more ( 30h) in the first 1-2 months as we get started.
On your side, you are a detailed orientated & organised person with strong research, data entries, Project management & computer skills (office/google docs/magento)
You speak/write both polish and English to a high proficiency level.
Experience in PA/VA or jobs involving data entry or project Management is a plus too.
We need someone to start as soon as possible.
