Phone contact stores for promoting our business & products

We have a new product targeting small retail stores, such as liquor stores in the US and convenience stores in the UK and we would like to reach out to those owners informing them about our product, and starting a free trial with us.
The task will have two parts:
1) Identify stores' contact information online, saved in a spreadsheet
2) Contact those stores, promoting our offering for trial, by using a pre-specified context
3) Share interested/shortlisted leads from this reach back to us in order to follow up with them, and any other feedback based per store on this spreadsheet.
Working hours must in accordance with typical working hours of the region, whether that is in the US or the UK
