Job Description :
Prepare all materials, agenda, sign in-sheet and transcribe meeting notes for bi-weekly
Assist Deputy Executive Director in the drafting, editing and production
Develop, draft and edit Power Point presentations at the discretion of the Deputy Executive Director.
Gathers, analyzes and summarizes data to generate reports, such productivity, trends, projections and status of goals for progress report
Minimum Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of work as Administrative Assistant
Ability to take dictations
Good presentation skills
A team player, can work with minimal supervision, organized and able to work with all levels of organization, must have flexibility and possess excellent interpersonal skills
