Project Description We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper with strong expertise in Intuit QuickBooks to assist with ongoing financial management and accounting support. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple bookkeeping tasks on a consistent basis. The ideal candidate should have experience working with small businesses and be comfortable managing transactions, reconciling accounts, and keeping financial records accurate and up to date. Responsibilities • Manage and maintain books using Intuit QuickBooks • Record and categorize transactions • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts • Maintain accurate financial records • Prepare monthly financial reports • Review expenses and identify discrepancies • Assist with invoicing and payment tracking • Maintain organized financial documentation • Support general bookkeeping and accounting tasks as needed Requirements • Proven experience using Intuit QuickBooks • Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles • Experience reconciling bank and credit card statements • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines • Good communication and organization skills Project Details • Ongoing work for the right candidate • Hourly engagement preferred • Must be comfortable working remotely • Experience with U.S. businesses preferred To Apply Please include: • Your QuickBooks experience • Examples of bookkeeping work you have performed • Your hourly rate • Availability per week

I work on automated software like QuickBooks for end to end accounting work including transaction categorisation, reconciliation, and financial reporting. I am also expert in US taxation like Partnership returns (1065) and Corporation returns (1120, 1120S). I structure accounting in a way that reduces year end tax balances and keeps reports clean.
