Office assistant in accounting/bookkeeping office to open office at 9 AM, initially for scanning documents, later create Fedex labels, make shipments, create return address labels, open mail, assist with invoicing of clients, scan and organize documents, prepare simple Excel spreadsheets, draft letters, make phone call inquiries regarding billing questions. Preferably know Microsoft Teams, Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online, Microsoft Excel and Word and also please ignore your phone/texts while at work. Punctuality, attention to detail, and correct spelling and grammar are important. Office dress code is casual. Approximately 10-15 hours a week (most likely Monday, Tuesday, and Friday but open to discussion).
