Attached is a 12-page application packet whose content is approximately 95% complete. I need it redesigned as one cohesive, highly readable PDF with a cover, clickable contents, strong typographic hierarchy, consistent headers and footers, page numbers, and internal links. The current AI-generated formatting shows content and scope only—it is not the design direction I’m seeking. I can provide final copy, my logo, and brand examples at kickoff.
