Looking for someone that can perform simple task 30 min - 1 hour a day

We run a fairly large digital marketing agency. We help dental clinics get more high end patients.
We get our clients mostly by sending emails. Your job will be to login into the accounts we give you on a daily basis, and send emails to the emails we also give you (we will give you everything).
We will also give you video instructions so you know exactly how to perform these tasks.
You will be paid $100 monthly out of every client you refer. That is monthly, recurring revenue.
We do 1, 3 and 6 months agreements. You will earn $100 our of every month that the client stays.
After you refer us a couple of clients. This amount will increase too.
