Title: Long-term Data Entry and Virtual Assistant (7 hours/day)
Once you are hired, we hope that you can work with us for many years to come, 7 hours/ day.
If you are from Bangladesh or Pakistan, please do not bid. Because you will need to use [login to view URL] app, we find that [login to view URL] does not with any IPs from Bangladesh and Pakistan. Using VPN does not solve the issue either.
Tasks:
- Data entry into online forms. More detailed description, you will help us prepare shipping labels using [login to view URL] or FedEx shipping manager and save the shipping label as PDF files and return them to us by email. We will use Gmail as our work email. So make sure you can access to Gmail. You needs to be an extremally careful person to avoid any error. You don't multi-task, such as prepare our labels and answer phone call or Chat assistant for different company. If you think about that, please do not bid this project.
Experience:
- Intermediate/advanced level of experience required
Working Hours:
- Flexible working hours, any time of the day (but you need to have 7 hours a day that can be dedicated to this project).
-Salary
-$7/hr. (7 US dollars a day)

Fast internet access
PC with windows 10 or newer
you can install [login to view URL] app and can log into the app.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in data entry and accuracy in inputting information
- Familiarity with online forms and data entry processes
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient with Word and Excel software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant is preferred
Note: This is a long-term project, and I am looking for a reliable and dedicated virtual assistant who can commit to working 7 hours per day on data entry tasks. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and deliver accurate results within the given timeframe.
Once you are hired, we expect you personally work on project. Having your friends or your family members, or relatives to sub you sometimes is prohibited. You will be fired once you do that.
So before bidding this project, please check your time to make sure you have at least 7 hours that can dedicated to this project 100%. You can't multiple tasks, otherwise, you will make mistakes, resulting huge loss to us.
