ABOUT THE JOB: We need a reliable, creative e-commerce assistant to help us run day to day operations of the business, including handling of customer support tickets (5-10 per day), social media community management and website management. However, highly qualified candidates will have the opportunity to take on greater responsibilities, such as project management, automation, Amazon/Shopify catalog management, product development/research, supply chain management and more.
We are looking for someone who can think outside-the-box and want to grow with the company in a long-term, mutually beneficial relationship.
NOTE: Eastern European candidates preferred. However, candidates must be willing to work during EST hours (part-time)

Our virtual team is located all over the world and we sell our products in the USA, Canada and across all of Europe. - Candidate MUST HAVE a positive attitude, creative problem solving skills and write with excellent English spelling and grammar.
- Candidate must have experience with Google Sheets/Excel, customer service ticketing systems, and some sort of experience with e-commerce.
- Candidate must be able to work during EST working hours (though full 8 hours not necessary)
- Bonus skills include Project Management, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, HTML, SEO, SMM, Logistics Management
50% - Handling our customer messages via Zendesk and live chat on our website and managing our communities on social media. The product line is challenging, so candidate must think on their toes to provide the proper support.
50% - Project management and running day-to-day operations, including website management, project management, product research, data entry, and other administrative tasks. If the candidate has exemplary performance, opportunities for growth will come.
This is a 25-30 hour per week position, but could grow to full time, depending on performance and qualifications. Pay will be anywhere from $6-12/hr, depending on experience and qualifications.
