Hi, one upload ready feed file for the home goods catalogue plus a change log of what moved. Getting the diagnostics to come back clean is the real work, usually GTIN, size and colour on soft furnishings. How I'd do it: run the current sheet against the Merchant Center spec field by field so every failure is listed before anything gets touched, fix those rows, then build the new products off the same template so both halves validate the same way.
