I am looking for a long term person, who can help us organize our QuickBooks operations.
We are using QuickBooks Online Pro version, below are the tasks that need to be done immediately, for the year 2015 and 2016, after these tasks are complete than on a monthly basis, they will be responsible for keeping QuickBooks up to date.
1- Bank Account reconciliation with, transactions in QuickBooks.
2- Enter Vendor Invoices and enter payments.
3- Verify and apply payments to outstanding invoices where necessary.
4- Classify expenses into proper categories, [Expenses, are coming from Credit Cards and Checking account].
5- Provide final year-end reports for 2015 for 2106 for the Balance Sheet, Inventory report, Income statement, and Owner's Equity.
I am estimating above tasks will take approx 190 hours to complete, as per my experience. Once this task is complete, then the person will be putting in no more than 5 hours a month.
