I have some TXT files and i want to find a way, to import the TXT files, convert to XLS on a unique Excel sheet with the right position and fields, and the sum of each TXT.
After that, i want to save the XLS file automatically. (good Visual Basic skills for do the job)
Important: the whole process must be complete independet and automatic, that means, if a new TXT file arrive to my harddisk, excel must convert the file to XLS with the right position, numbers and fields like the output sample to a unique Excel sheet.
All automtic and batch processing.
Finally: i upload the original sample files TXT that recive every day, and how i want to have it in the output Excel sheet. ([url removed, login to view])

I am experienced at VB and VBA and can conduct the activity using the Windows scheduler. The best way is to create console application, but also some other options are possible.
