You say charts and page breaks must look exactly like on screen, and that is where bulk converters usually fail: print areas and scaling set per sheet get ignored. I'd run a batch script, then check each PDF against its source for clipped columns. I've written pipelines that process data files in bulk on the Python side. How many files are in the folder, and do they have print areas already defined?
