This project should take approximately 16 hours.
The task involves reading entries from a typed transcription of land records (in PDF files) and entering relevant data in an Excel file: page number, year, buyer, seller, price, etc. A sample is attached. Entries are only for sales, not for other transactions such as "power of attorney" (as shown in the sample).
There are approximately 1000 land transactions and 12 data entry fields for each transaction.
Accuracy is critical. Careful, intelligent work is required.
If the job is done well, I will post another project for approximately 25 hours and ask for the same bidder.
I'm looking to pay less than $50 for this project.
