I am a recruiter within the real estate industry and I mostly recruit property managers. I have client data on an Excel spreadsheet that I would like updating. A lot of the contacts on my excel document have left and I would like the new contact names added in to replace them. I would also like new companies and the new contacts added on to this document so i can contact hiring managers and look to recruit for them. I will supply you with complete data, currently this is around 2000 contacts but when you are finished, it will be more or less than this. You will start on the East side of Brisbane, this is a small excel document, currently consisting of 250 contacts within 30 suburbs. To begin, you will work through the document, maybe working through the suburbs, checking online by searching on google.com.au. [login to view URL], [login to view URL] [login to view URL] or any other means to identify which real estate agent offices operate in each of the 30 listed suburbs before adding them onto the list. You will then obtain the hiring managers and senior staff contact details from their website and add them to the Excel document. I will supply you with my current list which is over 12 months old so you can update this and use it as a reference point, all the suburbs are listed on the document that i will provide to you.
I am only interested in the contact details of senior staff within these companies. It isnt good if i email their staff and not them as they may think i am trying to poach their staff. So I am typically looking for the - Principal. Managing Director. Department Head. Senior Property Manager. Management/Manager. Owner. Team Leader. Office Manager, Operations Manager. etc. If the company is small and only has 1 or 2 contacts then Licensed Real Estate Agent is ok as this is likely to be the owner/operator or key decision maker. You need to be able to think and use common sense in identifying who the most likely 'decision maker' is within the business. This is unlikely to be 100% accurate so more is better than less but I do need you to be able think logically when choosing which contacts should be recorded. Never all and never more than 4 contacts per office or I will email too many people at once.
I'm wanting to work with someone for the long term so this data will need to be renewed every 6 months or so. The first section is only part of the job which I would like to be complete ASAP. It is very important that you are able to find the new companies, as well as the new contacts within each business. Doing a [login to view URL] search for 'real estate agents' and the suburb ie 'Morningside' looks to be an accurate way of identifying which company is based in each suburb.
I will supply complete information to you once instructed. This first section should be fairly quick as it is searching agents in only 30 suburbs. if this is done accurately, without missing offices and recording the right contacts, I will immediately require you to start on the next area.
