We are a fast paced call center environment helping individuals repair their credit to get them into a home as soon as possible through a Rent to Own or Mortgage Ready program. This is not a sales position as it is an Entry Level into the call center industry. Commission and Bonuses are based off of transferring calls to a credit consultant. The more you transfer the more money you make. It's easy math!

Call Center Agent Job Duties:
Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
Establishes policies by entering client information.
Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
Accomplishes goals and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
