I am looking for a bilingual customer service person. You will be tasked with managing communications with customers via social media, our
website chat application, our trouble ticketing system, and via email.
You'll need to work 40 hours per week and each day you'll be required to post data to our social media channels, respond to customers via social media, delete spam comments on both the FaceBook page and on the website.
You need to be a hard worker, a fast learner, you must provide customer service support in both English and Spanish. You'll have to support the development of the Spanish version of our website in the coming months as well.
Bids for more than $3 per hour will not be considered. This is a 40 hour per week long term project.
