Inbound Technical Support Process - 10 Agents Required

We require a call center to answer Inbound Telephone Calls from United States for a computer manufacturer.

We currently require a 10 seater center based in Asia and needs to facilitate technical enquiries of the US customers. Support services are provided through the Information Technology Services (ITS) Help Desk unit. This support unit is committed to delivering quality customer service and technical assistance. The initial contract {p.3} state that the project is termed as 14 months on execution of services and satisfactory SLA terms the project can be extended to 3 years and so on.

SLA Terms: Estimated Call Volume: 700+ inbound calls a day: Where in every call notes should be noted in the CRM.

Average Handling Time: Allotted handling time is 8 minutes per each customer enquiry. An email should be sent every hour to ITS department for verification of the Average Handling Time.

Payment Details: Per Hour: 8$ - 24/7 Technical Support Queue: Daily Payments through Western Union, International Bank Transfers, GAF, and Cheques (Monthly).
