Copy products from one site to my new opencart site.

Project Description: I posted this project before and I am ready to get this going now. I need products( image name sku description) copied from 1 site (with no database access) to another site which is built in opencart. The products will be grouped in categories. The new opencart page will have the categories already inserted. There are a lot of products an will need this to be done with care and without mistakes. *There will not be a milestone set up. Payment in full when I see the work done. No exceptions. If you send me a pm asking for the link of where the site is then I will send you the url and your bid will be considered. You may also include links to an opencart site you have done that has a large number of products. Thanks.
