We need someone for three months to provide administrative support on several different projects. Primarily, you will work directly for one person and they will provide the day-to-day tasks for the projects and completion details etc. Much of the work involves research on the Internet, posting material to web sites, updating information, sending email (using our web mail system), writing press releases, writing promotional content, business development, keeping track of various projects and ensuring their completion, and making phone calls. You must have very good English communications skills for this project, and you MUST have a very reliable Broadband Internet connection. Since the person you will be working with is in the Eastern U.S. time-zone (GMT -5 hours) you will be required to work from 10:00am – 3:00pm EST in addition to the other hours needed to complete the projects. You will work an 8 hour day, six days per week. The other four hours per day you may schedule at your convenience. We will provide you with a VOIP/SIP telephone at our expense, which requires that you have Windows XP as your operating system. You should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Quark Express and if you know how to edit HTML code in addition to all of the foregoing, then you would have an edge. You must also have excellent English communication skills. We are seeking someone who is very reliable, organized, creative and professional. This is a fun project to work on, with interesting projects and offers a great opportunity for someone to work with our team. The maximum budget we have for this project is $300 per month, and you will be paid at the end of each month. These are our terms of business and we NEVER change them.
