I want a freelancer to create a decent list of recipes for a project I am working on, the idea is that i will look at selling plants and seeds which relate to cooking, these may include fruit, vegetables, and herbs. Visitors will then be able to visit a website, or look at a book / pdf file(s) which give information about various recipes, ingredients, description, a categorization, and an image if available. It is important recipes are well written, instructions clearly laid out and unique in their wording. I would like to have recipes grouped by category, for example Sides, Entree's, Mains, Deserts, Soups, and so on. There should be sub categories like Beef, Chicken, Lamb, Pork and so on. Also the same for Entree's, Soups, Deserts etc. The aim would be ideally to make a book, just in word format or otherwise to make an excel spreadsheet. Having appropriate pictures that can be legally used would be great if possible,otherwise no pictures. If in a PM you could include a price to create a website for the same it would be great, that may be a different project but getting some costings would be great. Regards, Travis Hale.

I'm good at cooking and I have more than 6 cooking books in my bookcase ( they're in romanian , but I can translate some recipes that use fruit , herbs and vegetables ); it would be great if you could specify which cuisine you prefer ( indian , oriental , traditional , etc ) . Unfortunately I don't have a scanner , so I can't provide the receipes with pictures . Could you tell me how many recipes do you need actually ? so I can make a fair bid to this project .
