I am looking for an assistant to help me manage client projects.
You should have:
- excellent english communication skills - written and verbal - *most important*
- good knowledge of online marketing terms
- familiar with online marketing software - autoresponders, payment gateways, CRM systems
- aweber, getresponse, infusionsoft, office autopilot, basecamp, trello,
- familiar with website creation and CMS systems - wordpress
You will be responsible for managing client requests, responding to emails, updating clients, communicating with freelancers, assigning tasks, following up tasks, etc.
You should be in a timezone similar to me in Australia - GMT +10
