Create a Levels Bonus spreadsheet (using the one attached).
Add all salespersons sales (deal credits) for each store to a combined total monthly sales tab. This should be a formula to automatically find the salesperson at each store's tab for that particular month. For example, Rosario has sales of 7.5+.5+2.5 at the GM, Imports and Toyota stores for a total January sales of 10.5.
Then set up a formula to calculate the 90 day average. In this spreadsheet the Nov-Dec-Jan would be totalled and divided by 3 to get the average.
Then RANK the salespeople based on most to least sales on the 90 day average ending January 2013.
Utlimately we'll add more months to the spreadsheet and allow it to automatically calculate all 3 stores total sales and the 90 day average of each.
