I am best qualified for your project because I have a lot of experience in transferring information. My best work experience is re-typing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). I have a quite work area and can contribute all day and into the evening.
The guidelines are understood. Columns would be titles and everything else would be rows.
I'm thinking the work would be like building a database and would need to be consistent though out.
