We are a furniture company that needs to file a series of claims against a delivery warehouse we use. The person hired will be provided a spreadheet with damaged orders and will then be responsible for making claim forms which will include looking through various e-mails for pictures / searching for items that were damaged and their sku's / and searching these against a price list to see the total amount that those pieces cost. Then they will summarize this on the spreadsheet. Must be able to clearly understand english, know how to use excel and know how to retrieve pictures from e-mails and put them in a word document. This is a very large project and may take more than 50 hours.
