Email customer service position for ecommerce website's. It's a permanent position.
The person needs to be fluent in English, be positive, encouraging, and have high standards for customer service. You will be answering customer emails. No phone calls or live chat, just emails. You have to be able to answer at least 25-35 emails per day.
The hiring process consists of 2 steps:
1) I will ask you some questions by pm similar to questions from customers and you can give me your best answer based on the information you have.
2) two weeks paid trial period - I will pay you for these 2 weeks you will be working on a trial period.
If I am happy with your work you will be offered a permanent position.
Please place your bid for a whole month of work (8 hours a day, from Monday through Friday). The working hours are flexible. You can work in the time zone you live in as far as the questions you will receive are being answered in 24h.
