I have Quickbooks software, not yet installed, so i'd need setting up (Whether you eset up at your site and transer the files is fine). The job comes into two phases, bookeeping from
1) about April 2008 to end of Year 2008
2), and End of year to current.
The bids should be for the first part.(Phase 1). Hourly rate.
I have receipts, banks statements, purchase orders, outgoing payments, loan repayments etc. I would need to communicate actively with the person whilst we sort out the books and have the books ready for Tax filings. I would ned to verify the experience.
• Expertise in QuickBooks application
• Well familiar with MS Office applications
• Knowledge about online Banking system
• Assisting with Invoices/Payment processing
• Entering all Ledger Adjustments
• Reports (P&L) and Analysis etc
• Bank/credit card Reconciliations
• Ensuring finance Policies and procedures are being kept
